THE REAL MOTTO

While ideating the concept of THE REAL LIVING, we drew inspiration from our traditional Indian ‘Joint Family’ system. The blueprint for each community is designed with a limited number of independent units, where all residents and team members are one big family – the younger generation taking care of the elderly, with the love and respect that they deserve. At THE REAL LIVING, you can expect all the advantages of a typical joint family without any invasion of privacy.

The ‘Joint Family’ theme led us to another popular Indian concept of community living – the ‘Mohalla’, where neighbours are as emotionally bonded as in a family! Clustering a number of modular units together, we endeavour to recreate this feeling. Senior citizens homes developed and managed by THE REAL LIVING are based on recreating the magic of these concepts Also, we truly believe that our elders should remain a part of the mainstream society and be in touch with the vibrant urban fabric of the city. We, therefore, plan to set up all our senior citizens facilities within major urban centres of India.
